The Light House is located in a commercial space on Sir Francis Drake Boulevard about five minutes west of San Rafael and just one block north of downtown San Anselmo.
You are welcome to bring your own engineer or producer, but all of my rates at The Light House include production and engineering support by myself, the owner, James Heyser. Most of my clients take advantage of the cost effectiveness of having an engineer who comes essentially “free” (the value of access to the space and equipment alone is easily worth the rate I am charging) and the convenience of working with an engineer who can also offer production advice (if desired) and facilitate the project from it’s conception to a finished product. Almost all of the music that is featured on this site was recorded, mixed and mastered by me (one song was mixed elsewhere). To provide a private creative space for our clients, we do not permit drop-by visits.
